Biblical Stewardship Training
  Pastor Mitch Burch, is a certified Biblical Stewardship Consultant and trainer. He can come to your church and lead the way in Biblical stewardship development for the church and teach financial freedom to your people.
   
Conflict Intervention and Resolution
  Though regrettable it is sometimes necessary to resolve conflict in the local Church. In cooperation with the State Credentials Committee, WV Ministries seeks to provide Godly guidance and assistance in times when congregations find themselves involved in conflict and distress.
   
Congregational Assistance in Leadership Transition
  In coordination with Congregational Ministries of the Church of God, Anderson, IN, WV Ministries of the Church of God offers assistance when congregations find it necessary to secure new pastoral leadership. Please contact the State Office when your congregation enters a time of pastoral transition.
   
Congregational Health Assessment
  Pastor Mitch is a certified Church Health Consultant and is trained to do Church Health Assessment weekends. Every church no matter its size should consider a "church health assessment." It is a fair way to evaluate, assess and measure the effectiveness of the local church. Call the State Office for more details.
   
Ministry Coaching
  As a Ministry Coach, Pastor Mitch welcomes the opportunity to train and mentor pastors in areas such as pastoral health and spiritual growth, preaching, leadership development, ministry expansion, church growth, and staff advancement/development.
